Qualification and Experience Details for Foundational Section Coordinator Bachelor's degree in any discipline with specialization in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Certification in Leadership or administration - Preferable (e.g., educational

Experience:

At least 5 years of teaching experience at the foundational or early years stage.

Preferred: Experience in mentoring, leading teams, or holding a coordinator role.

Key Skills and Expertise: Deep understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones. Familiarity with modern teaching techniques, differentiated instruction, and classroom management strategies. Competence in using educational technology to enhance learning experiences
