Position: ESL Primary Foreign Teachers

1. Essential Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):

• Teaching the Cambridge English Program to primary students and helping them to communicate in English with confidence.
• Teaching according to assigned professional requirements.
• Preparing curriculum, lesson plans and teaching materials for class instruction and activities, and managing information on the LMS. 
• Establishing classroom expectations, observing and evaluating student performance, behavior, social development and health.
• Conducting assessments of student attainment, monitoring student academic progress and providing pertinent feedback.
• Conferring with teachers, parents, or guardians to discuss student progress and to address behavioral or academic issues.
• Continuously innovating teaching methods and updating teaching materials to meet different needs and abilities of each student.
• Attending faculty meetings, professional development training, and school events.
• Planning and working on extracurricular activities such as clubs, academic contests, etc.
• Performing miscellaneous professional duties as assigned by the Principal/Director; collaborating with colleagues and other departments to develop comprehensive education for students.

2. Requirements
Qualifications:

• Education Degree in a relevant field
• Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA)
• Preference will be given to those graduating with honors or holding a Master’s degree

Experience:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in teaching in a structured international school setting
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Competency in class management, time management, interpersonal relations, and teamwork
• Adaptable, patient, flexible, devoted, and positive outlook.
